VERANG commenced developing a profile within the Spend Management space in 2002. The consulting-centric business model is currently being expanded to deliver a Spend Management outsourcing practice focused on delivery of end-to-end solutions to clients.

The mission of the Spend Management division is to empower its customers to reduce its discretionary spend consistently and on a sustainable basis, by providing a toolkit that will accelerate them on the spend management maturity curve.

Services
The services offered include spend management consulting, spend management implementation and systems related services with respect to Sourcing, Procurement, Contract management, Invoice reconciliation and Payment systems. We also offer services related to fulfilling operational tasks such as Order Processing, Contract Negotiations and Systems Development and Maintenance. These services could be rendered either via contracted staff or on an outsourced basis with technology support as appropriate. The extent of the VERANG offering is described in greater detail in the image below.



From a resource perspective VERANG has access to several top-flight personnel drawn from various industries including financial services, engineering, utilities, transport, chemical and consulting. These resources have over 40 man-years experience in Spend Management, ranging across areas such as commodity management and strategic sourcing through to capacity building and procurement systems implementation.
